This work is rooted in real life. I grew up fast in a world that wasn’t safe or easy, and I had to learn how to stay steady in chaos from a young age. I don’t come from privilege or comfort. I come from experience. The kind you don’t get from a textbook.

Over time, I learned how to listen deeply, hold space for others, and bring calm to difficult situations. I became the person people could count on, not because I had to be perfect, but because I know what it means to face hard things and still keep going. I’m not a people pleaser. I’m steady, clear, and grounded in what’s real.

I wouldn’t be here without the support I received along the way. Letting people help me is what changed my life. It’s not weakness. It takes strength to ask for support. It takes even more strength to receive it.

My career has always focused on supporting people where they are at, and feel more in control of their lives. I spent over five years running a successful concierge and housekeeping service called Meticulous, offering practical, personalized support. Then COVID happened. During the pandemic, I shifted and ended up worked as a Health and Safety Manager at Disney in the film industry, leading teams through high-stress environments and constant change. That role sharpened my ability to stay grounded, adapt fast, and support people through uncertain times.

Now, through Amor Vita, I offer private, one-on-one support for people navigating aging, burnout, and big life transitions, including end-of-life care and mental or physical challenges.

This isn’t about checklists or clinical care. It’s about real presence, real help, and showing up for people in ways that actually make a difference.
