Q: How do I book a service with Amor Vita? A: We are still working on making booking with a self serve option. However for now th ebest way to get started is cantacting Samantha directly through phone call or text @ 778-886-5574 or email.
Q: Do you require prepayment or a deposit for your services? A: Yes, for first-time visits, we require a 50% deposit to secure your time slot. The remaining balance is due at the end of the service, with an invoice sent by the end of the day. Each situation is unique, so please reach out if you have any questions or need further details. We're here to help and ensure a smooth process for you.
Q: What are your hourly rates? A: Our hourly rates are $50 per hour during standard business hours (9 AM - 5 PM), $55 per hour for extended hours (before 9 AM and after 5 PM), and $60 per hour for weekends and holidays.
Q: What packages do you offer? A: We offer a variety of packages including the Stay-at-Home Retreat Package, New Client Welcome Package, and Seasonal Care Packages. Each package is designed to meet specific needs and provide comprehensive support.
Q: Can I customize a package to fit my needs? A: Absolutely! We understand that each client has unique needs. You can customize your package by choosing the number of hours and the specific services you require. Contact us to discuss your preferences.

Q: What is pet therapy and how does it work? A: Pet therapy involves visits from therapy animals to provide comfort and companionship. Interacting with animals can reduce stress, improve mood, and promote overall well-being. Our senior rescue Dachshund Nina is one of our beloved therapy animals.
Q: Are your services available on weekends and holidays? A: Yes, we offer services on weekends and holidays under our Weekend and Holiday Exclusive Access package. The rate is $60 per hour, providing you with dedicated support when you need it most.
Q: What is your cancellation policy? A: We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee equal to half the cost of the scheduled service.
